After studying debriefing techniques in France at Le Rucher, the McCutcheons committed to coming alongside families in ministry who are undergoing major life transitions.

Krista is a trained Precept™ Bible Study Leader and both Joel and Krista enjoy speaking and teaching internationally at conferences and with Overseas Instruction in Counseling (OIC).
